Paper submission process
On conclusion of the abstract review, accepted abstracts will be included in the
ISSFD 2026 program. Full papers are solicited for the selected submissions. To facilitate the submission process and subsequent follow-up process, please consider the following guidelines, information and deadlines:
The conference language is English. All papers must be submitted in English.
Papers must be submitted online. Do not send them by e-mail, they will not be considered.
Papers
All presenters (oral presentation or poster) are invited to submit a full paper. Please carefully follow the instructions below.
Please take into account that providing a full paper is mandatory if you want to have the possibility to present your work (oral presentation or poster).
Template
Authors must use the official template for the structure of the document.
The template is provided as a Microsoft Office Word document only.

Posters
Posters should be of size A0 (841 mm width x 1189 mm height).
Mounting: Vertically (portrait orientation) on grid panels.
The organizers will provide the necessary materials to attach the posters to the grid panels.
