If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form.
Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until 26 March 2026. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.

All cancellations must be made in writing to

Cancellations received on or before
15 May, 2026 will incur a cancellation penalty equal to
50% of the total registration fee.
Cancellations received on or after
16 May, 2026 will incur a cancellation penalty equal to
100% of the total registration fee. Registration fees will be definitely acquired by CNES.
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
